Partner roles in the Five Stages

Partnership begins with a defined service, qualified staff, lawful access, privacy safeguards and a named point of responsibility. Participation requires an agreement; a listed role does not imply an existing institutional commitment.

Clinicians: assessment, indicated treatment, medication continuity and community handoffs.
Educators and training providers: accredited learning, accessible instruction and demonstrated skills.
Employers: lawful work opportunities, clear requirements and responsible onboarding.
Victim-service organizations: independent support, safety planning and voluntary restorative options.
Community and faith organizations: requested mentoring, family support and practical reentry assistance, with secular alternatives.
