Revive’s first priorities are safety and stability. It is designed to shift the institutional culture from survival, fear, silence, and unmanaged crisis toward structure, treatment, responsible reporting, and mutual accountability. Days are anchored by physical training, intensive counseling and trauma intervention (CBT, crisis counseling, addiction recovery), and structured reflection. Residents are incentivized to engage because demonstrated stability, responsible conduct, therapeutic progress, and readiness can support movement to the next stage with increasing responsibility and appropriate privileges. Progression is fluid and evidence-based, requires multidisciplinary human review, and is never automatic by time or determined by technology.

Addresses the root causes of criminal behavior through education, therapeutic tools, and structured support. Every resident pursues GED classes, ACCS college coursework, or a marketable skilled trade, alongside reduced-intensity counseling and evening reflection.

Moves residents from preparation into real responsibility. Living conditions normalize (2-person rooms, no bars) as residents work full-time, earn living wages, and take on leadership and mentoring roles inside a structured internal economy.

Accountability · Healing · Community Reintegration

Bridges personal transformation with community responsibility. Residents take part in structured restorative justice sessions, confronting the impact of their actions and developing empathy, while families receive trauma-informed counseling to rebuild communication.

• Approved off-site employment, substantial Community Repair Projects, and structured furloughs
• Victims may receive transition notifications, submit impact statements, and choose whether any restorative process is appropriate

Reentry · Support · Long-Term Stability

Builds a stable bridge from incarceration to community life. Reentry coaches help each participant secure verified employment, stable housing, restored identification, and financial literacy before a formal release recommendation is granted.
