Names, AIS numbers, medical details, and identifying circumstances are excluded. Pending motions and party allegations are not final court rulings.
Make institutional performance traceable.
Adopt one ALPRP Minimum Data Standard covering response clocks, facility-level denominators, case ownership, action, appeal, remedy, recurrence, privacy, and independent verification. Then test it against one comparable month of ADOC data.
